Our products are delivered by our partners from LivrariOnline.ro and PostaPanduri Pachetomate®.
We offer the option to deliver the products:
- At the client's home at national level - fixed price of 25 RON / order
- In the regime of packages with fixed points from the main cities in the country - variable price (minimum amount starting from 12 RON / order) displayed when filling in the address for product delivery and selecting Packers from the standard list.
Delivery in packages is restricted depending on the size of the products - The maximum dimensions of the packages expressed in centimeters accepted in the network of PostaPanduri Packaging Machines are:

PRODUCTS IN STOCK
The products in stock will be ready for shipment in maximum 3 working days after the payment and confirmation of the transaction in our account. Products are shipped from the point of activity in Turnu Magurele.
The products in stock will be delivered by our partners, depending on the option you choose, in maximum 3 working days after they have been picked up from our point of activity in Turnu Magurele.

PRODUCTS WITHOUT STOCK
The products that we do not have in stock require a period between 2 and 5 weeks for their execution. Given that our products are handmade and the fact that we want each product to have the best quality standards, the lead time can vary between 2 and 5 weeks.
Once the product is paid, the transaction is confirmed in our account and the products are executed in a maximum period of 5 weeks, in maximum 3 working days we will prepare the product for shipment to you. The products are shipped from the activity point in Turnu Magurele.
The products will be delivered by our partners, depending on the option chosen by you, in maximum 3 working days after they have been picked up from our business in Turnu Magurele.
You can return a product within 5 days from the date of delivery of the package. The price for returning the product is borne by the customer (you) and will have to be arranged by courier by the customer (you)
How do I initiate a refund for a returned product?

How long do I get my money back?
Reimbursement of payment begins within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the return, by the same method used for payment. The value of the returned products will be transferred to the specified bank account and the return period lasts between 3-30 days, depending on your bank.
For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading within 3-30 days from the acceptance of the return.
